If your phone number is not working, please check the following:

• Service status: Make sure your subscription is active. You can verify your service status and expiration date through your account portal.
• Account balance: If you are trying to make outgoing calls or using call forwarding, please ensure that your account balance is sufficient.
• Internet connection: Confirm that your device is properly connected to the internet.
• Device configuration: Check that your device is configured correctly. You can review setup instructions in the configuration section of the Help Center.
• Technical support: If the problem persists after these checks, please contact technical support for further assistance.

In some cases, users may receive repeated unwanted calls from unknown short numbers (3–4 digits) on their VoIP devices. When answered, no audio is heard.

This issue is usually caused by:

• Incorrect network settings that leave certain ports open, or
• Malware within the local network generating these calls.

In such situations, we recommend:

• Running a virus and malware scan on all connected computers.
• Reviewing and securing your network and firewall settings.
